FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel your booking, we require at least 48 hours notice prior to the booking and a full refund will be issued. If you cancel within 24 hours of the booking, no refund will be issued, however you will have the option to amend your date
  • What time is Check-In & Check-Out?
    Check-In is usually between 3-4pm and Check-Out is 10-11am. An early Check-In or late Check-Out may be available if requested in advance and depending on availability
  • What is your minimum booking period?
    Our minimum booking period is 2 nights
  • Can I use your property for business?
    Properties are not to be used to conduct any business
  • Do you allow smoking or pets?
    Accommodating pets will vary from property to property, please enquire directly regarding a specific property. No smoking is permitted within any of our properties
  • When do I pay for my booking?
    We ask that all bookings are paid at least 2 weeks prior to your stay, although we will accept bookings closer to the time, providing there is availability
  • Can I pay using cash?
    All bookings must be paid by card and in the name which matches your ID
  • Is there a minimum age?
    The minimum age for the lead guest is 18. If the lead guest is younger than 21 then any additional guests must be at least 18 years old
  • Are children permitted?
    Children are permitted to stay provided they are in the care of an adult over 21 years old
  • Is parking available?
    This will vary from property to property, please enquire in advance if you require parking facilities
  • How often will the property be cleaned?
    All of our accommodations are thoroughly cleaned after each guest vacates and inspected for damage before new guests Check-In
